We would like to recommend Jeff and Tammy as Realtors. We have had experience with Jeff and Tammy on several levels. They were the Realtors that our sister-in-law used when buying her home in Englewood Co. We were impressed at the time as they showed her many properties and were detail oriented to make the process very stress free. They really care and wanted her to get a property that was a good fit for her and her family. They are flexible and efficient very easy to work with.
When it came time for our move we knew we would need help. Our property was unique, a rural property close to the city on 2.5 acres. We were concerned as this was the first house we sold that was in this setting with acreage & had some unique considerations such as a well and septic tank. We chose Jeff and Tammy Harris as our realtors because they came highly recommended by our sister-in-law and others. We contacted them about selling our home. They came out for an initial visit and let us know what we needed to do. They were aware of all the details including getting the well and septic certified for sale. Tammy assisted us with staging. She made suggestions on how to arrange a room to enhance it. They answered all our questions in a timely manner and went right to work. We never dreamed they would have our home sold in one day at top dollar with a pre-approved buyer and back up offers as well. Jeff scheduled everything around our schedule. From that initial meeting to our closing it could not have gone smoother. They are an awesome team and we never hesitate to recommend them to others. We feel they are the best in the business!
